mender-convert needs option to build without server

Description

Currently, mender-convert assumes you will be using a server and will error out if you don't specify one. We should add a --standalone option or some such to allow builds to succeed for standalone mode.

Makes sense to make.

Maybe we should make this the default behavior if no server options are set, to avoid adding yet another flag. Which essentially means converting this error to a printout saying

and then proceed. We should also make sure that the mender.server is not enabled if no server configuration was provided.
