Update U-Boot 2019.01 Raspberry Pi patch for zeus

Description

The meta-mender warrior branch has this patch for Raspberry Pi 4.

Zeus has updated to U-Boot 2019.07, and it is not clear whether this is needed anymore. The bbappend file currently breaks the build. Needs investigation.
