[deployments] Implement support for Azure Blob storage to the backend

Description

Create an instantiation of the interface created in MEN-5866 by using the Azure Blob storage API instead of s3.

 

Acceptance criteria:

  • A new object storage subpackage implementing the ObjectStorage interface from MEN-5866.

  • Unit tests

Note: There is a separate task covering integration tests
