Enable mender-monitor installation in mender-convert

Description

There are several MENDER_*_INSTALL options but there is no official way of installing mender-monitor

MENDER_ADDON_CONNECT_INSTALL
MENDER_ADDON_CONFIGURE_INSTALL
MENDER_SETUP_INSTALL

Right now the only way is by playing around with hooks and custom scripts in the configs

AC: Include MENDER_ADDON_MONITOR_INSTALL to mender-convert

AC2: If not possible, to at least post official instructions on how to install mender-convert in a “supported way” by using mender-convert

Acceptance criteria:

  • Add support for installing arbitrary packages to mender-convert (for example through a input/debfolder).

  • Add instructions to Mender-docs for how to install mender-monitor using this.

Suggestion: Do like Yocto, and require user to download the package first. Then add support to mender-convert for installing arbitrary single packages.

This turned into a can of worms (esp. relating to requiring Professional plan for download, etc.). Unlikely we will do anything here for a long time.
