Can not create deployment for one device from devices tab.

Description

While testing master it seems it is not possible to create deployment directly from devices tab (using "Create a deployment for this device" link). Even though artifact is compatible with device used UI shows "0 of 1 device will be updated".

The same artifact works fine when creating deployment from "All devices" from deployments tab.
