Include grub boot script automatically in Yocto build

Description

Acceptance criteria:

  • Grub boot script for Mender must be automatically included in the build if grub booting is enabled ()

  • All values in the boot script that need to be determined at boot time should be taken from Yocto configuration (such as MENDER_STORAGE_DEVICE)
