Whenever a device is expanded the shown "Last updated" time changes to a different value - this might be the current time or a previous update timestamp - and once the next refresh cycle passes, the time is switched back to the previous value.
To always present consistent information in the device list the "Last updated" time should not be changed, unless from the backend source + those should be used consistently (if different times might come from inventory and device auth) or be consistent across inventory and device auth.
