Make "mender-artifact write rootfs-image" command include a rootfs checksum provide field

Description

Acceptance criteria:

  • mender-artifact write rootfs-image must include a rootfs_image_checksum provide field in its type-info which corresponds to the checksum of the rootfs image in the payload

  • There must be an option to turn off the provide field, for example --no-checksum-provides
