/var/lib/mender-monitor is not a symlink when installing from deb package

Description

Title pretty much says it all. I used the normal onboarding for Raspberry Pi.

Presumably this should be fixed in the same way as mender-configure.

I agree with the suggested fix, unconditional link in the mender-converted image.
