Alternative: Pick out AuthToken no-cache patch from AuthManager split and submit to master

Description

Acceptance criteria:

  • Take the part from MEN-5011 which removes the DB caching of the AuthToken, and submit to master

  • Make sure to get the part which requests a new token when committing (727212808d7828cfde476b48ad21aec7cbd3b656)
