[useradm] Support elliptic curve signature algorithms for JWTs

Description

Instead of using exclusively supporting RSA and RS256 (PKCS 1.5) signature algorithms for signing JWTs there's some room for improving efficiency by using elliptic curve algorithms (ES### and ED25519) when authorizing clients.
