Add support for Azure Blob Storage to the Backend

Description

As a result of , we have found that there are no viable options for replacing minio as a gateway. As Minio has dropped support for Azure Blob Storage, we're forced to support this natively in the application (deployments service). This not only adds value to our own hosting solution, but also removes similar pain-points for customers on-premises that are hosting Mender on Azure.

The Azure Blob Storage exposes a similar API as S3, but uses different conventions when it comes to signing URLs and uploading multi-part objects.

I didn't create a task for it, but since you're mentioning, I think it makes sense to have at least a documentation task as well as populating the mender-helm values.
