Make Yocto recipe for mender-flash

Description

Acceptance criteria:

  • Make a Yocto recipe for mender-flash.

  • For now it can be set to AUTOREV (we will tag it later).

  • Make the mender-update recipe RDEPEND on mender-flash (we may make it optional later, but not now).

  • Work is submitted on feature-c++-client branch.

Use one of the existing recipes as inspiration.
