mender-convert: zstd support needs adding

Description

The latest mender-client deb packages have the data tar archive compressed with ztsd compression, when previously it was xz.

The docker file is missing zstd package and the deb.sh file assumes only data.tar.xz

: This might be relevant for the release. Is there still time? I expect https://github.com/mendersoftware/mender-convert/pull/545 to go through pretty quickly.
