Mender C++ client: Implement help screen for all options

Description

Acceptance criteria:

  • Implement a suitable help screen for all options (mender-auth, mender-update).

  • Golang client can be used for inspiration.

  • Don’t use a library unless there is a good reason (we have a lot already).
