[workflows-enterprise] Remove task clearing the redis cache from workflows

Description

After completing the task , the cache invalidation mechanism has changed making this step redundant.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Remove all steps calling redis CLI to delete keys from the cache

  • Remove Redis a dependency from the docker image.
