[iot-manager] Missing TTL index on log.expire_ts

Description

There should be a mechanism to remove expired logs from the database. The field expire_ts is present but is not used.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Create a migration which introduce a TTL index on the expire_ts field in the log collection.
