Acceptance criteria:

• create management endpoint for triggering tenant removal workflow for tenant with given id:

  • only service provider tenant can use this endpoint for removing its children tenants;

  • implement the endpoint;

  • it should not be possible to use tenant account of the tenant which is being removed;

  • update management API docs;
